BM Properties Gambia Company Limited builds and sells modern, unfurnished residential homes on land already provided. You have the option of buying a turnkey ready built house or the option of selecting a house from various designs or get help to create our own design. You then pay 50% upon the signing of a contract and 50% upon building completion. Construction period typically takes around 6 to 7 months. Most of their houses are standard bungalows with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but you have the option of selecting a new construction with other configurations or even a 2 storey building. At present (2019) they have properties in Bijilo Heights, Brufut Heights, Tanji, Tranquil, Salagie and Kerr Serign, and hope to expand to other areas. Some of their houses in The Gambia are about 10 minutes to the beach.
