Insight Training Centre was established in 1999 to provide education and skills training to everyone focusing on youths boys and girls so that they can reach their full potentials to be either employed in other institutions or be self-employed. Insight’s objective is to keep youths out of the streets into offices and workshops thus reducing poverty and crime.

Insight has started to adopt the competency base approach focusing more on practical than theory for training and assessment/examination by ultimately doing away with the tradition of examination as the only mean of ascertaining one’s ability.

Insight started with a humble beginning of one computer four typewriters and two classrooms. Today we have two campuses, one in Sinchu Alhagie Kombo North and one in Kuntaya, North Bank Region.

Insight will continue to work on projects that would mold young people for a better tomorrow.
