My baby, She had stopped eating and was weak. My house help explained this after I noticed her weakness. I took her to kombo vet and without touch or doing any tests they told me to go back to who was treating her. At least they could examine her ask for medical history /medication history. But the didn’t even lay a finger on her. Despite my efforts to explain the home visit vet is unavailable they didn’t listen. I was already frustrated and the The assistant was rude and told me the way my dog looks is a reflection of the owners treatment. He kept repeating 5days 5days and kept smirking like I’m lying my dog has been sick for more than 5 days . I went with my fraustrating and fear of loosing my baby and I was pushed to a corner to defend myself plus hear harsh comments. The owner instead of asking what’s wrong or comforting me in tears told me they are not miracle workers and to go back to the vet that was treating the dog. At least they could have examined her and see if it’s above or below them their work. But the fact that they didn’t care one bit if the dog lived or died was ruthless. Owner, next time listen to your clients worse before. Jumping to defend your staff as there is always two sides to a story and everyone deserves to be heard.

Very professional and willing to work over hours. Have had 2 emergencies with my cat and always got super good help!

I recommend Kombo Vetanary Service. They have good facilities to operate and help animals.
