Kunta Kinteh Roots Camp is one of the cheap lodges in The Gambia. The bed and breakfast accommodation is basic and traditional, offering visitors an alternative holiday experience in The Gambia. The overall environment is peaceful and relaxing with nothing to disturb you. We host whole families, independent travelers, or couples who want their holiday experience to be spent off the beaten track in a village environment. Each lodge has been furnished throughout offering a separate bedroom, and shower room. Lodges are set around our swimming pool with a swim-up bar and a ground-level bar, and the beach which is close to the lodge where you can take a boat trip to the Kunta Kinteh Island. The lodge features one of the best guest houses in the Gambia.
